How To Prepare and store Ghee at home

Step 1: Make Curd
Bring fresh whole milk to the boil. Allow cooling. Incorporate the starting culture. Wrap the container in a blanket to keep warm. Incubate for six hours. Preparing the curd
Step 2: Cultured butter
Culture butter in the early morning when it’s cool. In about ten to twenty minutes of continuous brewing, the butter fat “breaks” of yogurt in the form of butter globules. The butter globules are grouped together to form the butter. Butter is skimmed to make Ghee.
Step 3 Make Ghee
This whole process will take approximately 45 minutes for the pound of butter. Take the butter in the pan with the base fat and hold onto the flame.
Boil the butter until the water separates and get the right smell. Let cool.
Always store the ghee in the container with a good seal in the dark.
Ghee will last long for two to three months if you keep it in the airtight container.
When kept in a refrigerator, without opening, ghee can last up to a year.
