Dab honey on a small burn or cut, slightly covering the wound as an antibiotic ointment. One of the research shows how honey kills bacteria and helps to speed up healing time.
2. Diaper rash cream:
One of the studies found that the use of topical pharmaceutical grade honey instead of the traditional barrier cream for the treatment of redness, itching, and inflammation.
To avoid skin rashes, try adding equal parts of honey to your normal diaper cream and use it daily.
3. Hair conditioner:
Honey makes an excellent natural conditioner. Mix the half cup with a quarter of olive oil and heat slightly on the stove. Apply on your hair and then let it soak by wrapping your hair in a towel, then rinse, preferably with fresh water.
4. Natural hair remover:
- Honey: 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
- Brown sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Mix the honey with lemon juice and brown sugar in a microwave bowl.
- Mix lightly in the microwave and let cool the mixture, and apply to the facial hair with a stick.
- Place a small piece of muslin on the area and rub lightly.
- Apply a small amount of tea tree oil to the area where you removed the hair.
5. Burn treatment:
The Journal of Cutaneous and Aesthetic Surgery published an article based on an analysis comparing the use of drug dressings (silver sulfadiazine) with honey dressings over a five-year period.
When a curing time of burns was compared, the patients by the honey dressings cured on average 18.16 days, As those with the medicated bandages cured in 32.68 days.

- Lemon Juice: 1 teaspoon
- If you suffer from bad breath, try a mixture of water, raw honey, and lemon juice.
- Gargle for three minutes and spit to breathe throughout the day.
8. Face mask:
Honey can efficiently treat conditions like rosacea, acne, & eczema, whilst coconut oil is ideal for easing dry or irritated skin, as well as for reducing wrinkles.
- Coconut oil: 1 tablespoon
- Raw honey: 1 tablespoon
- Combine it with a super soft, clear and hydrated skin! Mix the coconut oil and raw honey in a small bowl with a spoon until well combined.
- Apply the mixture on the face and neck with the fingertips – gently – as sometimes the honey can crystallize and be rough on your skin.
- Let it run for up to 20 minutes, then rinse it with lukewarm water. Simple, easy and efficient!

- Apple Cider vinegar: 1 tablespoon
- Honey: ¼ cup

You can make a very effective natural cough syrup, tasty, using the following ingredients:
- Filtered water: 1 cup
- Fresh ginger root: ¼ cup
- Marshmallow root: ¼ cup
- Cinnamon:1 tablespoon
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice: ¼ cup
- Honey: 1 cup
- Take all the ingredients and pour the water into a saucepan and add the dried herbs.
- Bring mix to the boil, then decrease to simmer. Simmer until the volume has decreased by about half.
- Pour a cloth or fine mesh sieve to remove the herbs.
- While the liquid is still hot, but not boiling, stir the lemon juice and honey.
- Stir well and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
13. Removes Dark circle:
- Honey: 1 teaspoon
- Sweet almond oil: 1 teaspoon
- Mix the honey with sweet almond oil and spread the mixture under the eyes.
- After about 20 minutes, wash the mixture and follow a light layer of organic coconut oil.
- Repeat this treatment a few times a week to keep your skin superb.
14. Lip moisturizer:
A very simple way to heal and prevent chapped lips can be done with honey. Mix a portion of beeswax and melt recently with three parts olive oil. Then add one to two tablespoons of honey to the mixture. Once the mixture is set, it is ready for use.
15. Lightning Scars
Honey has antibacterial & anti-inflammatory compounds that help smooth scars on the skin. Coherent application of honey and olive oil continuously for two to three weeks will show obvious results.
